I have trained as both a therapist and a coach. Over the years I’ve studied a variety of approaches including Cognitive behavioural therapy, Transactional analysis, Gestalt coaching, Systemic coaching, REBT, mindfulness, schema therapy and evolutionary astrology. I love creating tailored original experiences tailored towards each individual person. I’ve worked for the NHS as a therapist, I am currently based in a private clinic, while also delivering corporate programs for Mckinsey Co, Warner Bros & Soho House. I am committed to people living their best life.

Whats my story?

I’ve had a non-traditional life. Over the years I’ve had to face severe health challenges & crisis which have been the grist for my own inner evolution. I’ve had to meet adversity, suffering and at times fate, using my knowledge to transform and evolve. I’ve always had a passion for transformation, and love helping others grow. I bring my life experience into my work, and help others to face and transform suffering, so they can live their best life. I love this work and love human beings. Being able to work with others is my life mission bringing more love & awareness into this world.

I would call myself a good generalist when it comes to the issues I address. I work with a variety of different problems. Therapy can lean more to addressing issues like relationship issues, life crisis, trauma, low mood, emotional dysregulation, behavioural issues, childhood challenges. Coaching looks at other areas including fulfilling potential, creativity, life dynamics, dilemmas, performance, purpose and meaning. Whatever you are dealing why not book a free call with me and see if it’s something I can help with.

How does it work?

I work online most of the time. Each session is 50 minutes long. I recommend we generally kick off with six sessions and then review and see how we are getting on. Some conditions clear up pretty quickly, others take a little longer. But all the work we do together will be valuable and meaningful. If you have questions, I like to do a brief chemistry where you can get your questions answered and see if we are a fit to work together. I currently charge £80 per session, although this has an element depending on corporate accounts or if you are struggling with finances.
