Break The Loop is for anyone feeling trapped in repeating patterns, whether emotional, relational, or behavioural. It’s perfect for those struggling with relationship issues, emotional pain, self-sabotage, procrastination, low confidence, or limiting beliefs. Whether you’re new to personal development or a seasoned explorer, this experience offers powerful tools to disrupt automatic patterns and create lasting change. Break the Loop is not for people suffering from trauma.

Break the Loop has been designed to offer maximum value at an affordable price. The membership experience includes 4 individual sessions per month, this is supported by 4 live group sessions per month where you get to work through issues, and get your questions answered. There is also an educational curriculum which you will learn while we have the sessions. Finally there is a group discussion which provides space to get questions answered etc.
