About

Welcome to my website. I’ve always loved self development and inner transformation. On a deep level I enjoy the feeling of freedom, and emotional peace. I also love human beings, I find us all fascinating and inspiring. It always made sense that I should fuse my love for transformation, with helping others. Along the way it is personal adversity that has forced me to dig deeper and commit to mastering my craft. As you can see I’ve trained in many different approaches, partly because I am a bit of a geek, and also each one offers something unique. I wanted to create an original and engaging therapeutic experience, and shift some of the stigma around traditional therapeutic approaches. I believe Therapy and coaching can be inspiring, engaging, and fulfilling. It really is an honour for me to spend time with others and contribute in any way to their life path. I consider myself a good generalist, the systems I’ve learned are well suited for most conditions. I tend to treat problems like systems. Sometimes magically when we adjust one part of the system everything else can shift.

My journey

My deepest insights into transformation come not just from my studies, but from my own lived experience of adversity. In 2014, my life came to an abrupt standstill due to severe vestibular health challenges that left me completely disabled for nearly a decade. I could no longer walk, balance, use technology, or engage with the world as I once did. This extreme suffering became my greatest teacher, pushing me beyond limitation and guiding me through a hero’s journey of resilience, surrender, and renewal. This profound experience reshaped my view of suffering. It revealed that within our darkest struggles lies the potential for profound growth, self-discovery, and transformation. Today, I bring this deep understanding into my work, helping others turn adversity into strength, wisdom, and self-mastery. My work is multifaceted and integrative. I draw from an extensive range of therapeutic disciplines. Beyond therapy, I have designed corporate training programs, created CBT-driven AI chatbots for tech companies, and developed transformative coaching systems that challenge conventional models. My core training is in CBT and REBT, having completed an MSc at Goldsmiths, University of London. Recently I’ve worked for the NHS for two years as a Schema CBT therapist. Learning to question my own narratives and practice unconditional self-acceptance has been life changing.
