What is the assessment?

A good assessment is at the heart of successful therapy and self development. In order to fix something we need to be aware of the problem first. This assessment uses a selection of different therapeutic approaches including transactional analysis, schema therapy, enneagram, CBT in order to map out your key patterns, your origin story, key life events personality themes, core beliefs, and fundamental life scripts. The deep dive is more than an assessment you will receive report that maps your life journey so far.

In this one experience it will supercharge your journey helping you to understand yourself and your journey. It will provide a grounded launchpad to understand where you are and what your evolutionary growth path is, providing peace of mind, confidence with a clear path to your next steps forward. This experience alone is transformational.

This assessment is for anyone who wants to understand themselves in more depth, whether you are beginning or in the middle of your therapy journey. If you looking to address life challenges, emotional issues, relationship dynamics, life fulfilment, behavioural issues, low mood or self-esteem, maybe you are looking to achieve a personal best, or just understand yourself in more detail. You will discover more about yourself in this assessment then months or sometimes years in therapy. It is the perfect basecamp to begin your journey from.

How does it work?

The deep dive assessment takes a blended approach. Using questionnaires, recorded assessments, and proven psychological approaches. Over three sessions we will map out your life map. Each session will be 50 mins long, and at the end of the process you will have a fully written in depth report. Unlike more standardised approaches this document with provide a growth path, and evolutionary map for your own development. Following the assessment you can end the process or move into one on one therapy or coaching services.
